大趨勢是華僑正在攻佔各大1類學校，其他人種學生數量在減少（高端企業外派減少）。2-5類學校基本以內地學生為主。

成為各類學校要求不同：
1類基本只能做中文老師和行政人員。做中文老師基本需要3-5年以上中文教師資歷，對外漢語教學資格，大學本科以上學歷，和面試/試教過關。
2-5類具體學校要求不同。貼一個4類優秀學校招聘要求：

硕士及以上学历，相关专业毕业，英语熟练。有相关国际课程经验为佳。
