状况：
试图安装一个程序在windows server 2003上，但不能运行，点击.exe文件时，提示： windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
能打开cmd.exe, REGEDIT
解决方法：
右键点击.exe文件，选择“属性”， 最下面会有Security: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer.
点击Unblock.
