酿酒工程专业，这个名字有点误导性——但我推测应该是学白酒的。在国内，开这个学科的学校也不多，难道你是在西南区域？
今年四月份我在广汉参加了白酒品酒师的培训，我个人的感慨是，白酒产业的发展很缓慢。你现在对商科感兴趣外加有专业背景，我觉得这是一个很有意思的结合点。
#央视广告的最大提供商是？#
打开电视机，看看央视黄金时段的广告、已经目前很火的节目的赞助商，是不是和软饮料、酒类占了半壁江山？而酒广告-几个大品牌的广告，几乎是轮番着在放。
有哪一个行业有如此多的巨头？有哪一个行业的巨头的是国字头的？
纳税行业的排名，白酒不算最高，前面还有一个行业——烟。但是烟没法打广告，白酒可以打——我们的国粹之一啊。
#茅台是盈利率最高的奢侈品，超过LV....#
前两年，白酒行业突破了上万亿的销售。咱么全国的GDP才多少万亿啊。而且，这个万亿还只是交了税的销售额。外行很少了解到白酒到底可以暴力到什么程度。当然，在低端行业只能靠勾调面前生存的厂家，高端行业的一斤酒可以几百倍几百倍的赚。
最高端的、最赚钱的品牌，是茅台。
茅台市值万亿超LV，它到底值不值？
一线品牌的阵势已经站牢，茅台五粮液剑南春已经其他品牌会一直存在，但是还会有更多的新的、有特色的品牌崛起。酒是一方水土的味道，中国这么多方，这么一些牌子也太少了。

在大学我上过红酒课，后面意外去了法国。今年考有SSA清酒初级、中级品酒师的证书。曾经也在种不出葡萄的美国中西部的一个葡萄园，去帮着那个花费了六年种出葡萄的主人采葡萄......
白酒，红酒，清酒，各种酒..... 酒就是水啊
如海明威所说，“Wine is one of the most civilized things in the world”。
但是我们的水卖不出，别人的水价格高啊！
#个人优势+商科#
其实你读商科不算跨专业。
你学商科的内容，最终会嫁接到一个实际的领域。也许你到了商学院，会发现你的背景会带来你不同的视角——通常都会这样，然后这也成为你的优势。无论这个前专业你是讨厌还是喜欢的，但它最终会是有用的。
尤其是在如今，国内还没有“白酒+商科”，而关于食物、酒类的专业学习，在国外早就有了。
#研究生项目#
我搜索的网站是University & College Study Abroad Programs，一个可以直接对比类似项目的网站。我发现其实专业的酒类、或者食物类商科项目不多，而且主要集中在这几个酒业大国：意大利、法国、西班牙和英国。
也许你会想，干嘛要去学红酒呢？
其实，一年的课程你红酒也学不到什么程度，最多算个入门。但是酒，这个行业你已经迈进了一只脚，里面也有许多值得借鉴的地方。有多少白酒企业会公开他们的酿造，技术，和管理呢？
