9月7日：基汇资本宣布完成旗下互联网数据中心平台（以下简称“IDC”）的最近一轮募集，总额约13亿美元。本轮募资旨在与中国IDC开发商和运营商合作投资IDC项目组合。
On 7 September: Gaw Capital Partners announced the closing of fundraising for its Internet data centre (IDC) platform, which targets to invest in a portfolio of projects in partnership with IDC developers and operators in China. The total equity raised is approximately US$1.3 billion.
02 王府井拟收购西安荣华奥莱
Wangfujing Group plans to acquire Xi’an Ronghua Outlets
8月28日：王府井集团股份有限公司（600859.SH）发布公告称，公司拟以人民币8亿元收购陕西荣奥房地产开发有限公司100%股权，以进一步持有该公司开发并持有的荣华奥特莱斯商业项目。该项目总建筑面积90,000平方米，现由公司旗下王府井赛特奥莱西安机场店租赁经营。
On 28 August: Wangfujing Group (600859.SH) announced that it plans to acquire 100% equity of Shaanxi Rong’ao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. for RMB800 million to further acquire the Ronghua Outlets Project. The project has a total GFA of 90,000 sqm and is now leased and operated by Wangfujing Saite Outlets Xi'an Airport Store.

A large-scale auto parts distribution centre set up in GLP
8月28日：一家全球知名的新能源汽车公司将超过40,000平方米的区域配送中心（RDC）落户在上海的普洛斯临港奉贤物流园，向其位于上海的工厂配送零部件。普洛斯已在全国建立起现代物流设施网络，总面积超过4,200万平方米，覆盖华北、华东、华南以及中西部的43个主要市场，物流园区数量近400个，为车企在进行零部件配送中心的战略选址时，提供了弹性的选择空间。
On 28 August: A global well-known new energy vehicle company set up its regional distribution centre (RDC) with an area over 40,000 sqm in GLP Lingang Fengxian Logistics Park to deliver auto parts to its factory in Shanghai. GLP has established its modern logistics facilities network in China with a total area of more than 42 million sqm, covering 43 major cities in North China, East China, South China and Midwest China. It has a total of nearly 400 logistics parks, providing automobile companies with flexible choices when selecting sites for auto parts distribution centres.
04 Costco与深圳签署总部经济发展合作协议
Costco signs Headquarter Economic Development Cooperation Agreement with Shenzhen
8月30日：深圳市政府与开市客国际公司正式签署总部经济发展合作协议，双方就设立开市客华南总部及开设仓储式会员店等开展合作。同时，星河集团与开市客正式签署《合作开发深圳龙华项目合作框架协议》。
On 30 August: Shenzhen Municipal Government and Costco officially signed the Headquarter Economic Development Cooperation Agreement. The two parties also carried out cooperation on the establishment of Costco South China headquarter and the opening of warehouse club. At the same time, Galaxy Group and Costco officially signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement for the Development of Longhua Project in Shenzhen".

Guangzhou puts forward 66 measures to promote development of Greater Bay Area
9月2日：广州市政府常务会议审议通过《关于贯彻落实金融支持粤港澳大湾区建设意见的行动方案》。《方案》提出，广州需加快推进重大项目和平台建设；推动广州期货交易所落地，加快推动在广州南沙新区片区设立粤港澳大湾区国际商业银行。同时，支持符合条件的港澳保险机构在南沙区设立经营机构。
On 2 September: The Executive Meeting of Guangzhou Municipal Government deliberated and approved the “Action Plan on Implementing the Opinions on Financial Support for the Construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”. According to the plan, Guangzhou needs to accelerate the construction of major projects and platforms. The launch of the Guangzhou Futures Exchange should be promoted, and the establishment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Commercial Bank in the Nansha New District of Guangzhou should be accelerated. At the same time, eligible insurance institutions from Hong Kong and Macao are supported to set up the branches in Nansha District.

8月28日：到2022年，北京市朝阳区将建成4,000个以上5G基站，建设总量领跑北京，基本实现全域5G室外信号连续覆盖和重点场景的精准覆盖。推动人工智能、5G、物联网、大数据、区块链等创新技术与城市管理、政务服务、智慧交通等领域深度融合，培育新的经济增长点。
On 28 August: Chaoyang District will lead the market with more than 4,000 5G base stations to be built by 2022, basically achieving the continuous coverage of 5G outdoor signals and accurate coverage of key scenes. This plan is expected to promote the in-depth integration of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, big data, and blockchain with urban management, government services, smart transportation and other fields, and cultivate new forces of economic growth. |
