[h1]科技与大公司[/h1][h2]新闻[/h2]Zoom 隐私问题：即使你没有 Facebook 账号，Zoom 的 iOS 应用也会向 Facebook 发送数据，以及其“自言其说”的端到端加密Zoom 用户一定没有意识到使用产品会向另一个产品提供数据。当用户打开 Zoom 的 iOS 应用后，Zoom 会在后台为 Facebook 发送大量“用户指纹”数据，如设备码、广告客户标记码、位置及运营商信息。而其隐私政策中对此并没有直接说明。
很快 Zoom 在其博客中回应，它们使用了 Facebook SDK for iOS 以实现了登录 Facebook 功能，而此 SDK 确实收集了部分不必要的信息，但不包括在线会议的用户信息及内容。目前最新版本已经移除此 SDK 从而解决了此隐私问题，并更新了隐私政策。

继续又有人指出 Zoom 并非宣传中所说的端到端加密，只是传统的加密传输而非“端到端加密”。加密传输保证了你的信息在网络世界中是被保护的，但可以被 Zoom 本身访问（它访问后也可以提供给其它人。）。“端到端加密”本可以保证你的信息 Zoom 本身也不可访问，因为其不具有只有你和与你对话的人才有的密钥。事实上 Zoom 的文本聊天是“端到端加密”的，但视频会议并不是（视频的“端到端加密”很难做，因为这会影响用于优化视频体验的手段，但并非不可能。）
而后 Zoom 在博客中再次回应：“我们的端到端和大家理解的端到端其实不是一个意思，确实容易令人误解，但我们在加密传输方面做得很辛苦，谢谢大家。”（网站上仍保留着端到端加密的宣传。）
