在与中国国内券商合作17年后，本周，美国第二大投行高盛集团向中国监管机构申请，获得高盛高华证券有限责任公司的全部控制权，并已签署协议，将收购这家合资企业的剩余股份，实现对该公司的100%控股。
目前，高盛正在将目光着眼于中国，力图在中国市场实现增长。高盛高管在给员工的消息中表示，这一变化“代表了高盛对中国市场的重大投资和承诺”。高盛表示，“这项计划的重点是发展和加强现有的中国业务，扩大潜在市场，并投资于人才和技术。这些努力与中国资本市场正在进行的改革、持续强劲的经济增长以及日益成熟的客户不断扩大的需求相吻合”。

星巴克于12月9日举办两年一度的全球投资者交流会。
Starbucks hosted its biennial Investor Day virtually on December 9.
星巴克表示，在中国，预计从2023财年开始，门店销售同比增长达到2%至4%，较之前公布的1%至3%的增长预期提高一个百分点，这体现了星巴克中国对数字化创新和拓展门店布局发展策略的信心。
In China, Starbucks now expects comparable store sales growth of 2% to 4% annually starting in FY23, a one percentage-point increase from the previous range of 1% to 3%, reflecting its confidence in capturing additional market share through investments in digital capabilities and innovation.
星巴克中国则将继续保持门店数量增长的强劲势头，2022财年开始，中国新店净增长率保持20%左右。
China’s track record of robust new store openings is expected to continue with a net unit growth rate in the low teens starting in FY22.
星巴克国际业务、渠道发展及全球咖啡与茶集团总裁约翰·卡尔弗表示，“2021财年，我们承诺新开600家门店。对于要在2022财年末进驻230个城市，总店数达6000家的目标，我们充满信心。”
“In FY21 we are committed to opening 600 new stores which is consistent with the guidance we have previously provided. We are on track to reach our goal to have 6,000 stores across 230 cities, by end of FY22,” John Culver, group president, International, Channel Development and Global Coffee, Tea & Cocoa said.
数据显示，截至2020财年第四季（2020年7月1日-9月30日）末，在中国4700家门店中，星巴克中国星享俱乐部活跃会员数达1350万，创历史新高。

Disney+ Has 86.8 Million Subscribers

The company announced Thursday that Disney+ now has 86.8 million subscribers during its annual investor day.
这一数字高于该公司第四财季末公布的7300万。
That’s up from the 73 million that the company reported at the end of its fiscal fourth quarter.

Honda said in a statement that production was stopped at its plant in Swindon on Wednesday due to "transport-related parts delays," without elaborating on their cause.

Honda is closing the Swindon plant, which employs about 3,000 people, next year and shifting production to Japan, North America and China.
