继2020年与电子科技大学联合建设“金融学+计算机科学与技术”联合学士学位项目，我校与电子科技大学深化合作再掀新篇章。4月9 日，电子科技大学-西南财经大学战略合作协议签约仪式在西南财大柳林校区举行。电子科技大学党委书记王亚非，校长曾勇，党委常委、副校长杨晓波；西南财经大学党委书记赵德武，校长、党委副书记卓志，党委常委、副校长李永强；双方相关职能部门、学院负责人，“金融学+计算机科学与技术”联合学士学位项目学生代表出席签约仪式。李永强主持仪式。
Following the joint bachelor's degree program of "Finance + Computer Science and Technology" which was collaborated with UESTC in 2020, SWUFE once again deepened its cooperation with UESTC and opened a new chapter. On April 9th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between UESTC and SWUFE took place in Liulin Campus. Wang Yafei, Party Secretary of USTC; Zeng Yong, President; Yang Xiaobo, Vice President of USTC; Zhao Dewu, Party Secretary of SWUFE; Zhuo Zhi, President of SWUFE; Li Yongqiang, Vice President of SWUFE; Heads of relevant functional offices and schools of both universities and student representatives of the joint bachelor degree program of "Finance + Computer Science and Technology" attended the signing ceremony. Li Yongqiang presided over the ceremony.

赵德武在致辞中首先向电子科大长期以来对西南财大的支持表示衷心感谢，向两校开启战略合作薪新篇章表示热烈祝贺。他指出，本次战略合作协议签署是两校合作办学历程中的大事、喜事，是西南财大落实“建设新文科、引领新财经、创造新优势”战略实践的重要组成部分，为迎接党的百年华诞、"十四五’’开局起步书写了浓墨重彩的一笔。赵德武指出，电子科大与西南财大有着深厚合作渊源，"金融学+计算机科学与技术”联合学士学位项目开创了全国跨学校跨学科联合培养人才先河。当前，新发展阶段为两校合作赋予了广阔发展空间，高质量发展主题为两校合作注入了不竭发展能量，校际优势互补为两校合作奠定了坚实发展基础。希望双方依托联合学位项目成功合作经验和两校学科优势，聚焦落实立德树人根本任务，以高质量发展为主题守正创新，抢抓"新机遇"、建设"新高地"、创造“新优势”，强强联合、资 源聚合、优势叠加，在深度合作中服务国家、区域重大战略需求，在互联互通中实现合作效果，推动“新文科""新工科”相生相融，为"双一流”建设注入澎湃动能，为两校跨越式发展提供强劲动力，为实现教育现代化建成现代化教育强国不懈奋斗。
In his remarks, Zhao Dewu, party secretary of SWUFE, expressed his heartfelt thanks to UESTC for its long-term support to SWUFE and his warm congratulations to the two universities for opening a new chapter of strategic cooperation. He pointed out that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement is a major and joyful event in the course of the cooperation between the two universities, and is an important part of SWUFE's strategic practice of "building new liberal arts, leading new finance and economics, and creating new advantages".
王亚非向合作协议签订表示衷心祝贺，向西南财大对电子科大的帮助支持表示衷心感谢。他指出，两校友谊源远流长，在人才培养、科学研究、学科建设等方面相互支持、共同进步， 近年交流合作更加频繁，战略合作共同愿景进一步显现，签订战略合作协议对两校未来发展具有重要意义。王亚非表示，在新发展阶段，把握新发展机遇、践行新发展理念、构建新发展格局，找准自身角色定位、充分发挥自身作用，事关两校长远发展。当前，"金融学+计算机科学 与技术"联合学士学位项目已成为招生新亮点、新品牌，多学科交叉融合对于深化大学创新，培养具有扎实专业基础知识和良好综合素质的创新性引领性人才，促进科学技术创新发展具有独特作用。希望两校以签订战略合作协议为契机，在保持各自特色优势的同时，强强联合、取长补短、深化合作，建立更良好的学科生态；聚焦国家重大战略需求，克服区位优势不足，走出西部高等教育创新之路，有力推动两校"双一流"建设，相信双方的战略合作将会结出丰硕果实。
Wang Yafei, party secretary of UESTC, congratulated the signing of the cooperation agreement and thanked SWUFE for its help and support to UESTC. He hoped that the two universities will take the partnership as an opportunity to maintain their respective advantages, strengthen the alliance, learn from each other, deepen cooperation, and establish a better disciplinary ecology. By joints efforts, the two universities will focus on strategic needs of the nation, overcome the regional disadvantages, demonstrate a new way of higher education innovation in western China, and vigorously promote the construction of "Double First-class" universities. He believed that the strategic cooperation between the two sides will bear fruitful results.

根据协议，西南财大与电子科大将在既有良好合作基础上，致力于建立长期稳定、互利共赢的战略合作伙伴关系，以具有创新引领性的跨学科、跨校"新财经+新工科”深度交叉融合新模式为重点，共同探索人才培养、科学研究、师资交流、学科建设等领域的发展路径，形成特色、创建品牌，积极投身成渝地区双城经济圈与雪港澳大湾区建设、"一带一路"与长江经济 带建设，更好服务国家重大战略需求，实现国内西部高校强强联合，推动两校共同发展。
According to the agreement, SWUFE and UESTC will be committed to establishing a long-term, stable, mutually beneficial and win-win strategic partnership, which will primarily focus on innovative interdisciplinary areas and in-depth convergence of "new finance + new engineering". The two universities will jointly explore development paths for talent cultivation, scientific research, faculty exchanges and discipline development.
